City Clerk
City Clerk’s Duties The City Clerk the custodian for all official City records, including ordinances, resolutions, meeting minutes and agendas. Supervises the City-wide records management functions, serves as archivist, provides information to the general public and city staff, assists the City Council in recordkeeping functions, performs all statutory and Human Resources duties of the city clerk’s office. Responsible for the preparation of all municipal elections, including posting notices, accepting candidate filings, and preparing the election certification. Provides a variety of routine and complex administrative, supervisory, and clerical work in the administration of the City government. |
