CITY OF JENNINGS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Jennings will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 26, 2021 starting at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom at the meeting link below.  The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments in favor of, or opposed to, the following:

Request to consolidate four (4) parcels into one lot for the development of the Speedway gas station and convenience store.                                        

The parcels are identified as:                                                                                                          

• Lots 1, 2, 3, Jennings Station Crossing, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 356 Page 691 of the St. Louis County Records.               

• And -
• A tract north of the intersection of Jennings Station Road and Jennings Station Crossing and shown as the “Common Ground and Easement” on the Plat of Jennings Station Crossing, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 356 Page 691 of the St. Louis County Records         

A copy of the proposed changes is available at Jennings City Hall.

PUBLIC COMMENTS ARE INVITED ON THE ABOVE REQUESTS.
