FOR ALL ST. LOUIS COUNTY CONTRACTORS DUE TO COVID-19 THESE ARE NOW THE GUIDELINES FOR OBTAINING PERMITS WITHIN THE CITY OF JENNINGS.
WE WILL BE PROCESSING ALL APPLICATIONS IN PERSON FROM 8:30AM-12PM ON THURSDAYS ONLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
WE WILL BE PROCESSING ALL SEWER LATERAL APPLICATIONS/CASES IN PERSON ON WEDNESDAYS FROM 9:00AM- 12PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
YOU MAY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING EMAILS LISTED BELOW.
TO SEND APPLICATIONS BY EMAIL OR FAX:
Go to www.cityofjennings.org
Click on building department.
Select “Applications”
Select the permit application for which you are applying for.
Once you have that completed you may email your application to:
- permitclerk@cityofjennings.org OR mbrown@cityofjennings.org
You may also fax over your application: Fax #: 314-867-6458
Once the permit is received through email, you will be emailed the payment amount.
WE ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF PAYMENT IN PERSON & BY MAIL:
* Business Checks * Money Orders * Credit/Debit Cards (in person only)
NO CASH OR OVER THE PHONE PAYMENTS
You may send your form of payment through the drop box located at the City Hall on the west side of the building. OR send by mail at City of Jennings 2120 Hord Ave St. Louis MO 63136.
***Make all business checks & money orders payable to the “City of Jennings” ***
